My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms are attractively furnished, with generous-sized beds and lovely traditional Viennese decorations. The breakfast on the top floor with champagne is a special touch. However, there were some service hiccups including missing room refreshments one day.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as comfortable or individually designed as advertised, but they did have separate toilet and an en suite shower & sink. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, with staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient for public transportation but lacked charm in the immediate surroundings. The dining experience was decent but could use more variety. Overall, a relaxed atmosphere with some room for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation options making it easy to explore Vienna. The rooms were well-equipped with separate toilet and en suite shower & sink, but the breakfast buffet had limited hot food options. The service was friendly and helpful, though there were some language barriers. The dining experience offered delicious vegan options to cook your own waffles. The hotel room was very small, but surprisingly very comfortable, providing everything I needed such as a cozy bed, easily adjustable windows, convenient bathroom heating, adequate clothes hangers, pleasant garden view, and most importantly, a peaceful atmosphere without any noise disturbances.
